RETURNS AND PAYMENT POLICY
Returns and Cancellations
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a discount or exchange voucher.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To process the return, please provide the order details and the corresponding payment receipt.
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been shipped. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be made in the form of a voucher or directly to the bank account used for the purchase, depending on your preference.
Late or Missing Refunds

Changes

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. The refund will be only the price of the product.
Replacement product arrival time may vary depending on location.
For high value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Processing and Shipping:
Domestic orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase. Delivery is made within 24 to 72 business hours with a shipping cost of €3.95.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
For shipments to these locations, we use certified mail with a flat rate of €4.95. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipment.
International deliveries:
International shipments have an estimated delivery time of between 4 and 10 business days, with a cost of €8 for most countries. For Portugal, the cost is €6. WhyNøra is not responsible for paying customs fees or other taxes related to the importation of products.
Special Considerations:
Preparation and/or shipping time may vary depending on the high season, such as Black Friday or Christmas, as well as for reasons external to the company, such as transportation strikes or health crises.
If you require a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is vital that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any address changes.
