Domestic orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase. Delivery is 24 to 72 business hours and the cost is €3.95.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we use certified mail with a single rate of €4.95 and an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipment.

International shipments have an estimated delivery time of between 4 and 10 business days, with a cost of €8; except Portugal, with a cost of €6. WhyNøra is not responsible for paying customs fees or other taxes related to the importation of products.

Preparation and/or shipping time may vary depending on high season, such as Black Friday or Christmas; as well as for reasons external to the company such as transport strikes or health crises.

If you are in Seville, you have the option of personally picking up one of our packages. To coordinate this option, please contact us via direct message on Instagram. Once we receive your message, we will confirm availability for the requested date. If so, we will agree on a convenient meeting point for both parties.

Customers can make returns within 14 calendar days of receiving their purchase, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once the package is received, we will carefully check the condition of the items.

The refund will be processed to the same bank account used for the purchase, within 2 to 5 business days. In the event of receiving damaged products or those with signs of use, the customer will request the return of the product within the next 7 calendar days, assuming the new shipping costs, and will receive their order again in the same condition in which it was returned to WhyNora.

Our final products are made in Seville, Spain, using an on-demand manufacturing process to maximize efficiency and minimize component waste. Mainly, we use stainless steel; Additionally, in the description of each piece we provide specific details about the material.
